There's a number of people in the population who when it comes to have anything done that's surgical, want to have a certain level of care. They want to feel that they went to a place where they, as an individual, counted. I often tell people I can never guarantee success of surgery, but we can guarantee that if something's not perfect or doesn't turn out the way that we'd like it to or intended it to. We're not sleeping until we figure out what needs to be done. We always feel that if you go to a specialist, you expect them to give the highest level of care. And from our perspective, switching over to doing everything digitally here three years ago changed dramatically our ability to give the patients a service that's almost perfect every time. There's no such thing as not making an investment in technology and in science that will allow us to render the best care to our patients. You're not just placing an implant. You don't know how far deep you're going, how far left, how far right, how close to the nerve. No, it's already planned out in advance. So our ability now to take impressions without using that gook material, but doing it digitally with the camera and our ability to then take a CAT Scan, which shows us the bone of the patient and then to sit by computers and merge the impression of the mouth together with the scan that shows the bone allows us to plan exactly where implants should be placed, and then to print three- dimensionally on 3D printers that we have here guides that fit into the patient's mouth, and allow us to place the implant in the most ideal place for there to be a crown made. The technology just makes us so confident that when it comes time for the dentist to make the tooth, everything's been figured out in advance. Nobody has to start scrambling around, like, how are we going to make this work? I mean, you know, once you walk in, everybody makes you feel like you're at home. The doctors make you feel very comfortable. They're the best at what they do. I think in the last three or four weeks, I most have seen 15 people for consultations who are bringing their children, who I've treated 25 years ago. So having that kind of relationship with people in a practice that usually sees people once or twice and that's it is unbelievably gratifying. We're just so fortunate to have a staff that's really an incredible group of individuals who are just warm, caring. They have tremendous empathy and they really, really help our patients get through the experience.
